Centre Pompidou - Paris
The "HERGÉ" exhibition, which the Pompidou Centre will host from December 2006 - February 2007, will illustrate the importance of comics in the history of XXth century art... Featuring more than 200 original drawings and plates from the Tintin and Quick & Flupke series, alongside documents from Hergé's archives, this exhibition will be a tribute to Hergé, who would have been 100 years old in 2007. The exhibition is produced in collaboration with the Studios Hergé. Curators : Laurent LE BON, curator at e National d'Art Moderne, and Nick RODWELL, head of the Studios Hergé.
