The Young Vic has achieved a reputation for producing the most inventive and enjoyable shows for Christmas, from Grimm Tales a decade ago, to Monkey!, Skellig and last years hit at the Barbican Theatre, Sleeping Beauty. Based on The Cut near London's South Bank, the Young Vic Theatre is in the middle of a major refurbishment. While the theatre is rebuilt, the Young Vic are on Walkabout with shows at other theatres in London and on tour.
