The Hergé Museum celebrates Chinese New Year.

On Saturday January 25th, the Chinese will celebrate their New Year. To mark the occasion, the Hergé Museum offers you a programme of various activities, including free guided tours around China, no advance booking required, The Blue Lotus and the meeting between Hergé and Chang Chong-chen, and the screening of the film, In the footsteps of Tintin in China. The chefs at the museum’s restaurant, Le Petit Vingtième, have concocted a special menu, and there will be a corner in the museum’s bookshop featuring the colours of spring because the Chinese New Year is also known as Spring Festival. All this will take place in a musical atmosphere. It is a fabulous programme that will transport you to the heart of the Celestial Empire, between Saturday January 25th to Sunday February 2nd.

Programme:

- From Sunday 26 January to Sunday 2 February* (except Saturday 1 February), guided tours (without reservation and without supplement) around China, The Blue Lotus and the meeting between Hergé and Tchang at 11 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.; (duration approximately 1 hour).
- The film In the footsteps of Tintin in China will be shown in the museum's cinema room from Saturday 25 January to Sunday 2 February*.

*On Sunday, February 2nd, admission to the museum will be free.
