In the Moonlight, Tintin and Apollo11

Tintin Moonwalker, the digital series announced on January 10, 2019, to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Tintin and the 50th anniversary of the first step on the Moon is now complete. Here is a small extract in preparation for this lunar flight:

6 episodes that immerse you in space with 4 passionate people Charles Duke (*), Bertrand Piccard, Dominique Maricq, Lukas Viglietti. This first screening of the series will be shown at the Hergé Museum in Louvain-la-Neuve on July 21 and at the Institut Français in Tel-Aviv on July 22.

Here are the subjects of the different capsules :

  • Episode 1: The Hergéan genesis
  • Episode 2: Von Braun’s Apollo rocket, and of course Calculus’ rocket
  • Episode 3: The lunar journey
  • Episode 4: Men in Space
  • Episode 5: First footsteps on the Moon
  • Episode 6: Exploration & living conditions in space

(*) Charles Moss Duke known as Charlie Duke is an American astronaut born on October 3, 1935 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is to this day the tenth man, but also the youngest, to have walked on the Moon
